SITE VISIT
The seller invites the buyer for a site visit to give an overview of Villas Del Pueblo on the proximity of the project to different establishment, available house models, amenities, month long promos and special promos, and financing options offered. The project shower will show the actual house model showing the inclusion upon move-in.
RESERVATION
Once the buyer decides to purchase a property in a specific location, the buyer will be asked to fill out different forms such as: Buyer’s Information Sheet, Computation and Payment Schedule, Reservation Agreement, and reservation fee is required.
After executing the Reservation Agreement, marketing interview (property briefing ie. house type, size, inclusions, process prior to move-in, different housing requirements), and financing interview (screen the buyers capacity to pay, and give recommendations on how to get easily approved on their housing loan) is conducted.
SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS
Buyers are given 30 days to complete the required documents upon date of reservation.
HOUSE CONSTRUCTION
House construction will start upon approval of housing loan.
SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION TO BANK
All documents submitted by the buyer will be forwarded to the preferred bank by the financing team.
HOUSE INSPECTION
Preliminary and final inspection is conducted between the buyer and property management staff to ensure the quality and commitments are delivered prior to buyer’s move-in, and miscellaneous fees is settled.
SIGNING OF CTBS
Once the housing loan application is approved, buyer signs CTBS.
MOVE-IN
Once buyer paid the full downpayment and loan is released by the bank. buyer can move in specified in the Reservation Agreement.
